Castor Networks services for Satellite Service Providers
Teleport services
Satellite Service providers can provide high quality services with solid service level agreements to their customers using the redundant teleport facilities in Burum, The Netherlands including 12 Ku-band and 4 C-band land earth stations ranging from 3.7m up to 18m in diameter, Castor iDirect chassis and a PoP in Amsterdam Global Switch providing premium Internet access. In the Burum Teleport we share the power infrastructure including back-up facilities and security with Inmarsat. All our uplinks and infrastructure is being monitored and alarmed by Skyline Dataminer monitoring system.
Satellite capacity
Castor Networks offers raw satellite capacity services on a broad range of satellites to satellite service providers and governments. These services can be purchased in combination with our teleport facilities. Due to our purchasing power, broad knowledge of the satellites, satellite beam performances and excellent relationships with satellite operators we can source the most cost effective satellite solution for your requirements.
Wholesale VSAT services
For Distributors and Resellers with offer both wholesale VSAT services for Land and Maritime as well as iDirect Virtual Network Operator (VNO) services. Our wholesale VSAT services include a portal which has the logo and url of the Service Provider. It is a commercial business partnership to jointly develop business opportunities. Wholesale VSAT services are only available to Service Providers which have a support desk that can handle end-customers support calls in a professional manner.
